ACKEE

Ackee and Eggs
Sautee some onions and a little bit of garlic in some oil. Add Ackee chunks and watch them change to a slighty cooked shade of yellow. Once lightly cooked, then add eggs and other seasonings or toppings. Serve hot.

BAOBAB
To open just use a rock or hammer or rolling pin. Sift powder through screen and enjoy. Add to juices, yogurt, shakes, water.
