Winter 2017 Season
Ridge to Reef Farm is proud to offer our 16th CSA season, starting January 11th! Buy a share in the territory’s only USDA Certified Organic farm and reap the benefits of investing in local food for your family and island community.
All of our produce and fruit are 100% Organic, 100% GMO free. Are eggs are free range, naturally raised chickens with no antibiotics or hormones. The coffee is organic (not certified), shade grown. The pigs are pasture raised and fed all purpose grain, organic food scraps, and mangoes. Our sheep are 100% organic, graze freely and are not fed any grain.
Shares are limited and we expect them to fill, so please register and make your payments early!
Here's your chance to get a wide range of delicious high-quality food from the only certified organic farm in the USVI. Grown with love, and engineered to provide a balance of things for your daily kitchen use. Membership includes weekly newsletter with recipes, stories, and explanation of crops you receive.
5 types of shares are available:
1) Mixed certified organic Vegetable/Produce Box
2) Mixed certified organic Fruit Box
3) 1lb shade grown local Coffee every other week (from Puerto Rico's sustainable coffee farm, Sandra Farms, or another PR farm that is certified organic)
4) 1 dozen of happy hen Eggs every week (from Wendell's farm)
5) Locally raised Meat share (delivered once a month)
We also have a la carte meat sales which will vary each every few weeks of the CSA season. More info will be sent upon registering :).
Pick-up Locations include:
The Shan Hendricks Vegetable Market in Christiansted (Saturdays 10-12) west of the corner of Company and Prince street
The Barefoot Buddha in Charlotte Amalie (Thursdays 11:00-1:00)
The Gifft Hill School on St. John (Wednesdays 4:30-5:30)

The CSA season is 15 continuous weeks running January 11th - April 22nd
*Please note that there will be a delayed delivery the week of Martin Luther King Day
Crops- If all goes well, the mixed produce share should have arugula, tatsoi, mizunza, red mustard, kale, lettuce, eggplant, seasoning peppers, jalapenos, bok choy, chinese cabbage, summer squashes, cucumbers, watermelons, parsley, dill, basil, lemongrass, green onion, garlic chive, and more! We hope to have have tomatoes, lettuce, broccoli rabe, radishes, beets, and corn too.
The fruit share will likely have soursop, avocado, mango, pomelos, bananas, pomerac, wax apple, bananas, passionfruit, soursop, starfruit, genip, and more!
